Privacy Policy

Range Caddie (the “App”) is operated by Moore Digital Holdings LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy explains what information the App collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Range Caddie, you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

Account information. When you create an account, we collect your email address (for email sign-in) or a unique identifier from Sign in with Apple, plus the display name you choose. We use Firebase Authentication to manage sign-in.
Your practice content. Notes, session history, goal progress, custom sessions, and the video links you save. This is stored so it syncs across your devices.
Voice recordings. If you use push-to-talk to add a note, your audio is sent to our transcription provider to convert speech to text. The audio is used only to produce that transcript and is not retained after transcription; the resulting text is saved as your note.
Saved video links. When you save a link, we fetch its public title, description, and thumbnail image to display in your library.

Range Caddie does not include third-party advertising or analytics/tracking SDKs, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.

How we use your information

To provide the App’s core features and sync your data across your devices.
To transcribe your voice notes, generate spoken coaching audio, and categorize the videos you save.
To operate, secure, and improve the App.

Service providers

We share limited data with trusted providers strictly to deliver these features. They process it on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes:

Google Firebase — authentication, database, file storage, and hosting for your account and practice data.
OpenAI — speech-to-text transcription of your voice notes.
Anthropic — categorizing the public title/description of videos you save.
ElevenLabs — converting coaching text into the spoken voice you hear (no personal data is sent).

Data retention and deletion

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the App: Settings → Account → Delete account. This erases your notes, sessions, progress, saved videos, and sign-in record. You may also email us at admin@moore-digital.com to request deletion.

Security

Your data is protected by authentication and access rules so that only you can read or write your own information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

Children’s privacy

Range Caddie is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
