These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Range Caddie mobile application (the “App”), operated by Moore Digital Holdings LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Range Caddie provides guided golf practice sessions, voice coaching, a tempo metronome, a personal video library, and note and progress tracking. Features may change, be added, or be removed over time.
You need an account to use the App. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorized use.
You retain ownership of the notes, sessions, and links you create in the App (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content solely to operate the App for you (including transcription, coaching audio, and categorization as described in our Privacy Policy). You are responsible for Your Content and confirm you have the right to save any links or material you add.
The App lets you save links to third-party videos (e.g., YouTube, TikTok, Instagram). We do not own, control, or endorse that content, and we are not responsible for it. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms.
Range Caddie is a practice aid, not professional coaching, medical, or fitness advice. Golf involves physical activity and risk of injury. Practice within your ability, warm up appropriately, and consult a qualified professional or physician as needed. You use the App at your own risk.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any result will be achieved.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moore Digital Holdings LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid us for the App in the twelve months before the claim.
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Moore Digital Holdings LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
